Pricing includes:

-Tables (round and square) and chairs for up to 50 guests.

Venue holds up to 75 guests.

-Black tablecloths and chair covers

-Bluetooth Speaker

-360 Booth (1 free hour included with each event. $50 deposit, song selection and background design choice due 5 days before event to ensure proper setup and accommodations.)

-Bounce House (All day flat rate)

-Hookah vendor available

-ADA/ACA Accessible

 

EVENT DAYS/TIMES

Weekdays 12pm-11pm

Weekends 12pm-12am

(6 hours total for each event, 1 hour for setup and 1 hour for breakdown, 4 hours for event).

$50 for additional hours, additional $100 per hour for any hours outside of normal event times. Check for availability.

 

 

PARKING

There is plenty of parking available inside of the plaza in the front and the back area.

There is no parking allowed in front of the hall or curbside unless you are unloading your car. No parking allowed curbside in front of other businesses surrounding T’Elegance Event Palace.

 

DEPOSIT/BOOKING FEE

$250 will be due at the time of booking (NON-REFUNDABLE) that will go towards your event. If you will be using the 360 booth, an additional $50 will be added to this amount. The remaining balance will be due the day of the event.

 

SECURITY DEPOSIT

$250 will be due the day on the day of the event. Security deposit is refundable in full if there are no damages or violations or rules/regulations.

 

METHODS OF PAYMENT

Cash, Zelle and Apple Pay are accepted for payments, deposits, and security deposits.

 

DAMAGES

If there are any damages done to the property, customers deposit will be deducted.
